LEED Gold Certification- Salisbury Public Library

Salsibury Public Library achieved LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in October 2015. Shadley Associates collaborated with the Design Partnership of Cambridge to replace the old library with a state-of-the-art building featuring a site plan that incorporates vehicular circulation, hybrid parking, pedestrian access and circulation, and native planting.  There is an outdoor reading room for children and ample bicycle parking.  The site lighs are full cutoff, down lights to minimize impacts to the night sky.
