Atmark Cambridge

The Atmark is a 440 unit luxury apartment complex located near the Alewife MBTA train station.  This Transit Oriented Design project was built to LEED Silver standards under the LEED Multi-Family Mid-Rise Home Rating System, incorporating green site technologies such as rainwater harvesting for irrigation, green roof elements and light colored pavements for reduced heat island effect.

Atmark includes two buildings with three significant courtyards above structured parking. The southern courtyard includes the swimming pool with private pool-side cabanas, a spa, and bocce courts. The central courtyard is a quiet informal landscaped garden with a central fireplace and pergolas, and the northern courtyard is a fun contemporary sculptural landscape featuring oversized hammocks. The project has proven quite popular with tenants and has enjoyed exceptional speed to full occupancy.
