The Residences at River's Edge

This 222-unit luxury apartment complex is situated within River’s Edge, a 28-acre mixed-use development located along the Malden River in Medford, Massachusetts. The Residences takes full advantage of its setting on this naturalistic riverfront landscape. It has four courtyards which include over an acre of constructed roof terrace and many walks that connect from the building directly to the adjacent river park.

The garden courtyards are enriched with quality site furnishings, ornamental fencing and lighting, sculptural arbors, grilling stations, a swimming pool and spa, and planters filled with native trees and perennial plantings.

This project recently won a National Association of Housing Rehabilitation Organization’s Design Excellence Award.
