Shadley Associates worked with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes on a recently completed 175-unit multi-family development at the intersection of the Burgin Parkway and Penn Street in Quincy, MA. The project’s already high visibility, adjacency to the MBTA, and easy access to major highways is bolstered by Shadley Associates' design contribution to the open and landscaped space. Shadley Associates' work on the project included the design of three court yards whose character complements the surrounding architecture’s homage to Art Deco styling. Raised planters, pool, communal grill area and fire pit, and mini-putting green all add to the lively and inviting residential atmosphere.
